We do not alter odds or settlement after a market closes. All odds are final at the moment you enter. If you believe a market was settled incorrectly, you can dispute it within 48 hours by contacting our support team. We review disputes and respond within 24 hours.
Dispute resolution and complaints

Jurisdiction and liability
cicak operates in supported jurisdictions where local law permits. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where online gaming or wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. We do not offer our services to users in restricted jurisdictions, and we enforce this through account verification and payment-method checks.
cicak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — for example, lost profits or emotional distress. Our liability is limited to the amount you have deposited on cicak in the past 12 months. We are not liable for third-party payment failures, network outages, or other events beyond our control. We are liable for our own negligence or breach of these terms.
